SWAHG SPRING SHOW RESULTS NOW AVAILABLE

IT’S BEEN A WEEK SINCE OUR SPRING SHOW AT BICTON COLLEGE AND APOLOGIES FOR NOT POSTING THE RESULTS BEFORE NOW.  WITH BEAUTIFUL WEATHER AND SURROUNDINGS WE WELCOMED OUR JUDGES DEBBIE ALDERSON AND JADE HATELEY.  UNFORTUNATELY, ENTRIES WERE THIN ON THE GROUND AND HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE STERLING SUPPORT FROM THE RIDDEN CONTINGENT THE SHOW WOULD NOT HAVE GONE AHEAD, SO OUR SINCERE THANKS GO TO THEM.  HAVING SAID THAT THE QUALITY OF HORSES FORWARD IN BOTH IN-HAND AND RIDDEN CATEGORIES WAS IN EVIDENCE, AND WITH THE ADDITION OF SOME LATE ENTRIES ON THE DAY THE ANGLO/PART BRED SECTION BECAME MORE COMPETITIVE, SO MUCH SO THAT ONE OF THEM,  MRS L. GOODALL'S FILLY TOOK THE YOUNGSTOCK CHAMPIONSHIP AND THE ANGLO/PART BRED CHAMPIONSHIP.

AS I SAID EARLIER, THE RIDDEN ENTRIES WERE THE REASON THIS SHOW WENT AHEAD AND WITH EXHIBITORS TRAVELLING CONSIDERABLE DISTANCES AND CURRENT FUEL COSTS INCREASING DAILY.

WE THANK ALL OF YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE SOUTH WEST ARAB HORSE GROUP.

THE SUMMER SHOW (BICTON) SCHEDULE WILL BE OUT NEXT WEEK
